These look like little food cutters but they are meant to be used to cut cookie, cheese, ham or vegetable etc to make bento box lunches really cute.
You peel off the bear, penguin, rabbit, angel, butterfly and cat and then put the template down (for example on carrot) and then you can fil these shapes with some other colored food, lift it off.
